Villa Layout
Villa spans four levels, with two double-storey pavilions flanking a grand entrance and pool terrace. Living areas—including the lounge, dining room, kitchen, cinema and games room—are on the entry level. The master suite occupies the top floor of one pavilion, with two king bedrooms opposite. Four sea-view bedrooms sit just below the pool deck, while the eighth bedroom, gym and spa are on the ground floor.

A dramatic entrance pavilion with vaulted ceilings opens to stylish living spaces. The living room and TV lounge enjoy sunset views through floor-to-ceiling glass, flowing into a chic dining area and modern guest kitchen. A games room with pool table and bar sits beside a plush home cinema, while the lower floor houses a fully equipped gym and spa.
Outdoor Living
A 19-metre infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi stretches across the front terrace, lined with sun loungers. Shaded seating, a sala and barbecue area create an ideal setting for sunset drinks, all overlooking landscaped tropical gardens and the sea beyond.
