Villa Layout
The villa cascades down the hillside across five levels, each enjoying sweeping sea views. From the top-level car park, stairs lead to the main living and dining pavilion with a well-equipped kitchen set behind. A dramatic stairwell with a waterfall feature descends to the pool terrace and barbecue area, where an entertainment room and a king-bedded guest suite sit just back from the pool. A separate pavilion at one end of the terrace houses the first master suite. Continuing down the stairs are the second master suite and a guest room with two queen beds, followed by two interconnecting bedrooms below. A hillside walkway leads to the spa room and shaded deck.
Indoor Living
Villa’s glass-fronted, two-storey living pavilion is filled with natural light and ocean views. The upper floor features a refined living and dining area beneath a soaring timber ceiling, adorned with chandeliers, textured stone walls and Asian art. Behind this space is a modern guest kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and wine fridge. On the lower level, beside the pool, the entertainment room offers a relaxed setting with a TV lounge, pool table and bar.
Outdoor Living
A spacious marble terrace forms the centre of the villa, furnished with sun loungers, a 17.5-metre infinity pool with jacuzzi and a barbecue area. For deeper relaxation, a path through the garden leads to the glass-enclosed, air-conditioned spa pavilion with two treatment beds, opening onto a tree-shaded wooden deck with loungers.

Master Suites 1 & 2
Housed in peak-roofed pavilions, both master suites feature king-size beds, TVs and wraparound balconies with expansive views. Their marble ensuite bathrooms include double vanities, rain showers and soaking tubs beside picture windows. One suite opens directly onto the pool terrace, while the other is located one level below.
Bedrooms 3–6
Bedroom 3 sits beside the entertainment room and opens onto the pool terrace, offering a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and calming blue accents inspired by the sea. Bedroom 4, on the same level as the second master suite, features two queen beds, a seating area and a marble ensuite with tub and rain shower, plus a sea-view balcony. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are interconnecting rooms on a lower level, ideal for families, sharing a bathroom and each opening onto balconies with lovely bay views.
