Security Deposit:
- When the number of guests exceeds 1.5 times the occupancy of the villa, which is more than 15 guests, a security deposit of USD 3,500 will be collected.
- When the number of guests is less than 1.5 times the occupancy of the villa, which is less than 15 guests, a security deposit of USD 2,000 will be collected.
- The security deposit is refundable when there is no damage caused during the event.
Note: The verified event planner is responsible for cleaning the venue before having the full security deposit back if there is no damage caused.

Long Stay: 5% discount for stays of at least 7 nights, 10% for stays of at least 14 nights, and 20% for stays of 30+ nights (note: utilities and breakfast are excluded for stays of 30+ nights).
