- Rate is subject to 17.7% service charge & tax.
- 5 nights minimum booking over Chinese New Year
- 7-10 nights minimum if crossing over Christmas Dec 25th and New Years Dec 31st to Jan 1st
- A refundable cash security deposit of USD $1,000 or THB 35,000 cash is required per villa. The cash payment must be made upon check-in with the villa manager.
